Why IEUM
The name IEUM means “connection” in Korean. Our direction is to bring information from different devices together through an approachable health companion.

The shared interface
We are developing Health Avatar as the shared interface connecting IEUM products with the people who use them—an everyday health companion.
Its experience is designed to make everyday information easier to understand and help people explore their personal health context.
Product X · NEXUS-CGM
Product X / NEXUS explores biointerfaces that support biological functions and connect people with technology. NEXUS-CGM is one development program, aimed at continuous glucose measurement inside the body. Its planned product family connects three complementary roles.
Implantable sensing device for internal measurements.
Dedicated non-invasive observations of body context.
A shared interface for understanding information in context.
Staged evaluation will examine the value of considering internal measurements alongside external observations. Our longer-term research direction includes interfaces for functional support and restoration, with a platform role for manufacturers of assistive devices.
